1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for wristbands within 30 days from the date of purchase (plain orders only. A 15% admin fee will be charged.
- To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The wristbands must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.

2. Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide essential details, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you on the necessary steps and provide the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the wristbands back to us.
- For tracking purposes, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking capability.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item received is faulty or damaged.

- Upon receiving the returned wristbands, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 days of the returned items being received and inspected.

6. Non-Refundable Items:
